Welcome to NephthysNile. This blog is not like your ordinary blog. This is something else.

Most blogs are about one particular aspect of a person’s life, made palatable and publishable. This is more than that. Online, (mostly) unedited, and unashamedly me. I have been told by many people that I need to write the stories of my life down for all to read. Well, the world no longer reads physical books, or so it seems. Instead, the world is fast becoming solely digital, books and all. Hence, this blog is my life written down and out there for all to read.

Search for a tag, read a post, comment and engage. We are the digital children of the world. We are the New Hope. We are the ones to make a difference… or at the very least the ones to lead by examples of how not to do it.

I am a mother, university student, fan, geek, roller-derby enthusiast, writer, musician, artist, sewer, domestic demi-goddess who, in my spare time, like to eat good food, watch good movies, cosplay and live life to the fullest. This is what I will write about, as well as various issues that crop up my my-day-to-day life that precipitate a rant or two.
